I want a website! By Rule One

Anne Cossé wanted a website that is dynamic and easy for her to self maintained. At the same time, she wanted the flexibility of having a dual language function for her website. Instead of maintaining 2 separate website, for English and French, we suggested a multi-language plugins on her wordpress platform.
